Colin Ford plays "Jack"
Actor Colin Ford, who has appeared in dozens of commercials, television programs and feature films, plays the title character in Avalon Family Entertainment's production, Jack and the Beanstalk. A young, unfocused, daydreamer who is faced with adversity, Jack must overcome the impossible to fulfill his own heroic destiny.
Before the age of ten, Colin had already begun a steady stream of film and television work. He first appeared onscreen in two major Studio films, 2002’s “Sweet Home Alabama” and 2003’s “Dumb and Dumberer: When Harry Met Lloyd”. These early appearances would lead him to a role as young Matthew Steed in the film adaptation of “The Work and the Glory”, as well as its sequel. Additionally, Colin has done voice-over acting in “The Ant Bully” and the upcoming “Martian Child” and “Christmas is Here Again”.
A tremendous young talent, Colin is one of Hollywood’s fast-rising stars. In 2007 alone, he completed work on seven motion pictures, including “Jack and the Beanstalk” as well as multiple television appearances.
